Iraq Postpones Trade Meeting with West Germany
Iraq has decided to postpone indefinitely an official trade meeting with West Germany, which was scheduled to be held in Bonn on 4 and 5 August, in protest against a statement by the West German Foreign Minister, Mr. Hans-Dietrich Genscher, to the effect that it was Iraq that had started the Gulf war.
