MORE OPEC COUNTRIES COMPLAIN ABOUT OVER PRODUCTION
Amid rapidly falling spot market prices for crude oil values for Brent and WTI have plunged by $2-3/B since the beginning of August and Gulf crudes are below being quoted at more than 50 cents/B below official levels more OPEC governments have sent official complaints to the current President of OPEC, Mr. Rilwanu Lukman of Nigeria, about over-quota production by some (unspecified) OPEC members.
