Phillips Awarded Additional Acreage in Western Desert
Under an agreement concluded with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), Phillips Petroleum has been awarded a production-sharing concession covering 6,000 sq. kms. at South Umbaraka in Egypt's Western Desert (MEES, 20 April).
