NIC Acquires Stake in Yambu' Titanium Dioxide Plant
The National Industrialization Company (NIC) has purchased the shares of three Saudi companies, or 24% of the total share capital, in the Crystal Pigment Company, which was set up last October to build and operate a 45,000 ton/year titanium dioxide plant at Yambu' on the Red Sea (MEES, 20 October 1986).
