Kuwait Sets KDl.4bn Debt Ceiling
The Kuwaiti Government took another step towards issuing public debt last week with the announcement that a debt ceiling of KDl.4bn ($5bn) had been set for the proposed treasury bonds which it has been hinting at for months.
