Subroto Suggests Limited Dialogue Between OPEC and Non-OPEC
The President of the OPEC Conference, Indonesian Mines and Energy Minister Dr. Subroto, has suggested that it might be preferable to hold a "limited" dialogue between OPEC members and a number of the more important non-OPEC producers rather than a full-scale meeting involving all oil producers.
