KPPC Shareholders Agree to Liquidation
At a meeting held in Kuwait on 8 October, the shareholders of the Kuwait Petrochemical Products Company (KPPC) - which was established in 1980 with a capital of KD4mn ($13.2mn) - agreed to the liquidation of the company and officially appointed the Kuwait auditing firm of Badr al-Bazi' as the company's liquidator.
