IEA Sets up System to Monitor Products Flows
The International Energy Agency (IEA) has established a system to monitor the movement of oil products in its 21 member countries as a follow-up to the decisions taken last July aimed at avoiding a round of protectionist measures on products imports, particularly from the new refineries coming on stream in North Africa and the Middle East.
