IFAD Lends $7.5mn to Syrian Farm Project
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has agreed to lend Syria $7.5mn for a scheme to help improve farming techniques, according to an agreement signed on 25 October. The $36.3mn project is being co-financed by a $7.5mn loan from IBRD.
