BADEA Lends $3mn to Madagascar
The Arab Fund for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) is lending $3mn to Madagascar to help finance a palm oil processing plant, according to an agreement signed on 11 November. The loan is repayable within 14 years, including a four- year grace period, and carries an annual interest rate of 6%.
