Yamani Warns Price Could Drop to $20/B
The Saudi Oil Minister, Shaikh Ahmad Zaki Yamani, has said that unless there is both internal discipline within OPEC and cooperation between the OPEC and non-OPEC producers, the price of oil could fall to $20/B.
