Urals Price up for December
The Soviet Union has raised the price of its Urals export crude to $28.00/B cif the Mediterranean and $28.15/B cif north-west Europe, effective 1 December. The latest move follows a series of increases which resulted in the price of Urals rising from $25.50/B at the beginning of July to $27.60/B in November (MEES, 4 November).
