New Managing Director for QGPC
Shaikh Rashid ibn 'Uwaidah A1 Thani has been appointed Managing Director of the Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (QGPC) in succession to Mr. 'Ali M. Jaidah by an Amiri decree issued on 26 November. The decree also names Mr. 'Ajlan al-Kawari as Deputy Executive Director of QGPC offshore operations, replacing Mr. Ahmad Hasan Bilal.
