West Germany Lends Morocco $20mn
West Germany and Morocco have agreed to undertake several joint economic projects in the fields of agriculture, energy, education and training, according to an agreement signed on 30 October in Bonn. The accord provides for a DM50mn ($20mn) loan to Morocco at 2% annual interest, to be repaid over 30 years with a grace period of 10 years.
