Oman Calculates Oil Price at $22-23/B for Five Year Plan
Oman is set on maintaining its crude oil production at 500,000 b/d and is reckoning on a crude oil price of $22- 23/B for the purpose of calculating anticipated oil income for the country's third five year plan (1986-90). This was disclosed by the Sultan of Oman, Qaboos ibn Sa'id, in an interview with the London-based Middle East Economic Digest (MEED), published on 14 December.
