KIPIC Shareholders Agree to Liquidation
The Kuwait International Petroleum Investment Company (KIPIC) - owned 70% by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, 6% by other government agencies and 24% by private investors - whose shares were suspended on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) last November (MEES, 25 November) is to be liquidated following a decision of the company's shareholders.
