IDA Lends North Yemen $12.7mn
The International Development Association, the World Bank's soft loan affiliate, has agreed to lend North Yemen SDR12mn ($12.7mn) to support the establishment of a two-year post-secondary polytechnic in San'a, and a technical secondary school in Hodeidah in the western part of the country.
