SAUDI ARABIA RELAXES BAN ON SETBACK CRUDE DELIVERIES TO FAR EAST
As from the beginning of 1986, Saudi Arabia is relaxing its previous ban on East of Suez shipments of netback-priced Saudi crude by the Aramco partners, MEES understands. So far all netback-priced sales deals concluded by Saudi Arabia (for latest list see MEES, 23/30 December 1985) have been for shipments to westward destinations, with specific prohibitions in the contracts against deliveries to Far East markets.
