Japan Extends $75mn Soft Loan to Egypt
Japan has agreed to provide Egypt with a soft loan worth $74.5mn to part finance a new international airport at Amriah, 36 kms. west of Alexandria. Egypt will also receive a grant of $74,500 for feasibility studies on the project.
