Libya Concludes 40,000 b/d Netback Deal with Spain's Petrol
MEES learns that the Spanish refining company Enpetrol has concluded a net backpriced deal with Libya for the supply of 40,000 b/d of Amna and Sarir crude oil. The price is to be calculated 50% on wetbacks from refined product realizations in Northwest Europe and 50% on netbacks from product realizations in Italy.
Enpetrol has also recently concluded a 50,000 b/d netback deal with Saudi Arabia (see page A6).
