SFD Lends $10.6mn for Hospital in Rwanda
The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) agreed to lend Rwanda SR38.6mn ($10.6mn) to help finance a 300-bed hospital in Kigali, according to an agreement signed on 14 January. The 20-year loan, which includes a grace period of five years, carries a 2% annual interest rate.
