NBK Profits up in 1985
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has announced profits of KD23mn ($80.1mn) for 1985, an 11.1% increase over the previous year's RD 20.7mn ($72.1mn), and has proposed to distribute a 20% cash dividend to shareholders amounting to KD 11.6mn ($40.4mn), compared to KD5.53mn ($19.3mn) in 1984.
