Iran Might Confiscate Time Swap Crude For Iraq
Iranian President 'Ali Khameneti has warned that Iran may consider confiscating cargoes of crude exported on behalf of Iraq by Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Speaking on Tehran radio on 25 February the Iranian President said: "Some countries admit they sell oil for Iraq. Iraq is at war with us. Everyone will accept that, should we make the decision some day, we can confiscate the oil sold for Iraq."
