Libya Delays Oil Payments to Turkish Contractors
Libya has delivered only $30mn worth of crude oil out of $130mn it was supposed to pay Turkish contractors in 1985 for settlement of outstanding debts, according to Mr. Ozer Olcmen, Secretary General of the Union of Turkish Enterprises in Libya.
