Iran Reverses Position on OPEC Export Shutdown 

On the eve of the 16 March Geneva OPEC conference, Iran - which has been pushing for a suspension of OPEC oil exports for up to one month (MEES, 3 March) - has reversed its position, while calling for the application of strictly observed and monitored production quotas.
