IEA Sees Demand up, Non-OPEC Supply Down in Latest 1986 Figures
In the March edition of its Oil Market Report (OMR), the International Energy Agency (IEA) has substantially adjusted its forecasts of oil demand in 1986, "taking into account recent reductions in crude oil and product prices."
