EEC Ministers Reject Energy Tax
The EEC Energy Ministers have rejected the recent suggestion by the President of the European Commission, Mr. Jacques Delors, that the EEC should impose a tax on energy "to maintain efforts towards energy economy and replacement" (MEES, 17 March).
