New EEC Tariff on Saudi Petrochemicals
The European Economic Community (EEC) has imposed for the rest of 1986 tariffs of 13% and 8% on imports of Saudi ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol respectively effective 18 March, after the duty-free ceiling for these two products was exceeded by over 10 times under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP).
