Kuwaiti Public Spending Drops
Spending by the Kuwaiti government has dropped during the first six months of the current (1985-86) fiscal year, according to figures recently published by the Central Bank, which show that, compared with the previous six months, total public spending has dropped 10.4% to KD1,422.7mn.
