EEC Proposes Limited Diplomatic Sanctions on Libya and Urges Restraint on All Sides
The twelve European Community Foreign Ministers held two emergency meetings last week on the confrontation between Libya and the US and its ramifications for European states at which they adopted resolutions calling for limited diplomatic sanctions against Libya and urging both sides to exercise restraint in order to defuse the crisis.
