Soviet Firm Constructs Gas Pipeline
The Soviet foreign trade organization Tsvetmetpromeksport has agreed to construct a 105-km. gas pipeline between Brega and Zueitina, according to the Soviet News Agency Tass on 1 April. The Soviet firm will conduct surveying work and supply materials and equipment. Another pipeline built with Soviet assistance, between Misurata and Mersa al-Brega, will be operational in the near future.
