AMF Lends Syria $10.15mn
The Arab Monetary Fund (AMF) has agreed to lend Syria $10.15mn to help offset the deficit in its balance of payments, according to an agreement signed on 28 May. The loan has an interest rate ranging from 3.75% - 4.75% to be repaid within three years, including a grace period of 18 months.
