President Husain Sees Price Collapse as Temporary
According to Iraqi President Saddam Husain, the collapse in oil prices is a "conspiracy" which will not in the end deflect the course of events in the oil market. As a result the price collapse is a phenomenon "which may last for some years but is nonetheless temporary in two or three years matters will restore themselves naturally."
