EEC Body Believes Oil Price Will Remain at $15/B Until l990
The Energy Office of the EEC's Executive Commission believes that oil prices are likely to hover around $15/B for the rest of the decade, according to a report released in Brussels on 2 June. As a result of lower prices the report forecasts that EEC oil consumption will rise by 7% to 14% by 1990, rather than by the previous estimate of under 1%, while the oil share in EEC energy consumption could rise from 46%...
