Japanese/South Korean Consortium to Build New Berth at Hodeidah Port
North Yemen's Port and Marine Affairs Corporation has awarded a $34.5mn contract to a consortium comprising Toa Harbor Works Company of Japan and Hyundai Engineering and Construction Company of South Korea to build a new 300-ms. container berth at Hodeidah port as well as two storage hangers and to supply other ancillary equipment. Construction work is scheduled for completion in 20 months' time....
