Iraq Will Settle Indian and Turkish Debts with Crude Oil Supplies 

Following negotiations in Baghdad during the past two weeks with Indian and Turkish economic delegations, Iraq has agreed to settle its outstanding debts with the two countries through partial payment in crude oil supplies as well as rescheduling.
