UK Provides Egypt $3.2mn for Industrial Projects
The United Kingdom has agreed to lend Egypt £2.15mn ($3.23mn) as part financing for two industrial projects. £1.5mn will constitute 25% of the costs of building an electrical transformer plant and £650,000 will fund a project for manufacturing iron brakes for the use of the National Railways Authority.
