Libya Resumes Oil Payments to Turkish Contractors
Libya has agreed to resume deliveries of crude oil to Turkey in compensation for payments to be made to Turkish contractors in accordance with the September 1985 agreement between the two countries, according to Mr. Cahit Aral, Turkish Industry and Commerce Minister (MEES, 30 September 1985).
