Libya Reschedules Ghanaian Oil Debt
Libya has agreed to reschedule Ghana's $26.5mn oil debt, according to Accra radio on 3 September. A payment of $1.5mn will be made in the last quarter of 1986, while the remainder of the sum will be repaid over a two-year period.
