Shaikh Salem al-Sabah Appointed Governor of Central Bank of Kuwait
An Amiri Decree was issued on 28 September appointing Shaikh Salem 'Abd al-'Aziz al-Sabah Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait to replace Mr. 'Abd al-Wahab al-Tamar, who resigned on 17 September (MEES, 22 September).
