US Provides Aid to Jordan
USAID has agreed to provide Jordan with $18mn in aid in accordance with four agreements signed last week: $10mn to finance technical assistance to the private sector, $4mn to improve productivity in the local industry, $2mn to finance a Health Ministry training project and $2mn to support the government's commodity import program. USAID also agreed on 11 September to provide a $25mn loan to finance a housing project....
