Jazairi Elected President of IFAD
The Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) last week elected the Al- gerian diplomat Mr. Idriss Jazairi as President, succeeding Mr. 'Abd al-Muhsin al-Sudairi of Saudi Arabia who has held the post for the last seven years.
