Japanese Groups to Continue Talks on Equity Stake in Qatari LNG Project 

Two Japanese groups are scheduled to begin new negotiations this week in Doha with the Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (QGPC) on the possibility of acquiring a 15% equity interest in Qatar's $6bn LNG project which will utilize gas produced from Qatar's giant North gas field.
