National Bank of Hungary: A $250mn credit for the National Bank of Hungary is likely to be increased after over subscription from the market. BAII is one of nine lead managers of the six-year credit, which has a three-year grace period, a 1% spread over Libor, a 0.5% commitment fee, and US$/ECU tranches. Making a rare appearance among the lower-level participants is the Iran Overseas Investment Corporation with a $1.5mn take.
