BADEA Lends Seychelles $5mn
The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) has agreed to lend $5mn to the Seychelles to help finance a fishing industry project. The loan carries an annual interest rate of 7% and is to be repaid within 13 years, including a three-year grace period.
