Algerians Win Prestige 3/8 Margin
Two public-sector Algerian borrowers, the Banque Nationale d'Algerie (BNA) and the Credit Populaire d'Algerie (CPA), are set to win the best terms yet for an Algerian borrower on the eurocredit market.
