NORWAY DEFERS PRICE DECISION
Norway's Statoil, which was originally expected to finalize its December crude oil export prices by the end of last week (MEES, 3 December), has now deferred its decision, probably until the end of the month. The Norwegian state firm contented itself with a statement to the effect that its December prices, when fixed, will be "fair and competitive."
