Tenders Expected in New Year for Doubling Petroline Capacity
Construction tenders for doubling the capacity of Saudi Arabia's East-West crude oil pipeline (Petroline) are expected to be issued in January 1985, MEES understands. The books of tender are in the final stages of preparation by Fluor, the consulting engineers for the project. Overall supervision of the project is being carried out by Saudi Aramco on behalf of Petromin, which owns and operates the line.
