BBK Gets Turkish License
The Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) has been licensed by the Turkish Central Bank to open a branch operation in Istanbul. Under the terms of the license, the branch must have a capital of $6mn and is given a full commercial license, bringing to 13 the number of foreign banks with branches in Turkey.
