Kemya Deal Substantially Complete
A $120mn loan for the Jubail Petrochemical Company (Kenya) is now substantially completed, although it will probably not be signed until April. There is to be a very limited syndication, as two of the four mandated banks elected to retain the whole of their underwriting commitment of $30mn apiece. The four banks are GIB, Saudi British Bank, al-Bank al-Saudi al-Fransi and Saudi International Bank...
